Chayote squash( chow chow) chutney
Chayote squash is low in calories but packed with fiber, antioxidants, and essential nutrients that make it a healthy addition to almost any diet.
When served raw, it makes a great addition to smoothies and salads.
Now I m going to write chow chow chutney..
Ingredients
Chow Chow - 1 full vegetable(small)
Green chilli. - 2
Urad dal. - 1 teaspoon
Tamrind. - 1 small piece
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - required amount
Method
1. Switch on the stove and take a pan and pour oil and fry urad dal,green chilli..
2. Add chow chow on it and fry it well..
3. Switch off the stove..
4. Add the ingredients into the jar and add salt and tamrind..
5. Grind it well..
