Curry Without tamrind and tomato

Ingredients

Moong dal. - 1 cup(50gms)
Green chili. - 1 no
Drumstick. - 1nos
Brinjal - 3 nos
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 1/2teaspoon
Salt. - required amount
Moringa leaves - 1 cup

To grind

Coconut. - 5-6 pieces
Cumin. - 1 spoon
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Onion. - 4-5 nos

To fry

Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves.

Method

1. First cook the moong dal with green chilies.
2. Take a pan and add drumstick and brinjal.
3. Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and asafoetida.
4. Mix and boil it well and then add moringa leaves.
5. Then add grind paste and add boiled dal.
6. Add required salt and add fried mustard curry leaves..
7. Our curry is ready..
