Poori and channa masala

Poori is one of my favourite dish...most of the kids like poori..now we have see the recipe of poori..

Ingredients

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt. - required amount
Oil - 3 teaspoonful
Oil ( fry). 1/4 litre

Method

1. Take a bowl and add the ingredients..
2. Knead the flour till smooth flour..
3. Leave it 20- 30 mins...
4. switch on the stove and heat a pan..pour the oil and heat well in medium flame..
5. Take a small ball sized flour in hand and use the roti maker...and make a chapathi...
6. Fry it in a heat oil...
Super puzz puzz poori ready ....

Next I m going to write about channa masala...

Ingredients

Channa dal - 100 gms
Onion - 2 big size
Tomato - 4 nos
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 10 nos
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder. - 1 teaspoon
Channa masala
Powder. - 1 spoon
Salt. - required amount
Oil and butter. - 1 teaspoon

Method

1. Soak the channa dal into a water full night...
2. Cook the channa dal in the pressure cooker..keep aside..
3. Take a pan and heat oil...add onion and fry it well till comes into the golden colour...
4. Take a bowl and cook tomato well with water...
5. Once onion fried..then add ginger garlic and fry it well..
6. Switch off and cool the fried items...and grind it well.. tomato also grind it well..
7. Switch on the stove and heat a pan...add oil and butter and add the grind onion paste and tomato paste...add turmeric powder chilli powder and channa masala powder...
8. Cook it well and add salt and add cooked channa dal in it..add some water..
9. Boil it well..
Garnish with coriander leaves..

Now the channa gravy is ready..

Tip:

Add some little jaggery for enhances the sweetness...
